If I were the boss

If I were the boss
• I would change the Training Development Policy, all people especially those in low position to get access to study assistant more than those in high position.

• I would at least once every three months make an appointment to meet with everyone working under me to chat to them about their concerns and what is their growth plan.

• I would use less criticism and praise more, even for small things that other people think they don’t matter much.

• I would communicate the financial state of the business to people on the grass level since they are responsible of making and breaking the profit.

• I would reward people for loyalty and write a personalized message to thank people for their hard work and dedication.

• I would treat all people the same regardless of their race, gender, sexual orientation, background and religious beliefs.

• I would listen more and talk less.

• I would make rules but will allow other people to make their own judgment and let them know that I trust that whatever decision they make as long as it benefits both them and the company.

• I would make the people feel like they own the organization and that if the business is doing well they also benefit and that if the organization is not running well they are also affected.

• I would make people not afraid of changes by communicating in time and be transparent

• I would select at least two “staff of the month” every month to motivate the culture of being on top and winning in the organization.

• I would remunerate people well and expect them to be productive

• I would arrange social outing for my staff

• I would use Emotional intelligence more than I would use my IQ
